The district doesn’t publish one calendar. It publishes forty-one.

Each one is updated on its own schedule, by a different office. A parent with one kid in band and one in elementary school is checking five or more separate pages a week just to catch a rescheduled game or a canceled practice.

Your subscription covers the current 2026-2027 school year only, from now through the end of the school year, and does not renew or carry over automatically. All payments are final and non-refundable. If you'd like to continue receiving calendar access next school year, you'll need to subscribe again once the new year opens for enrollment.

Is this run by the school district?
No. This is an independent, parent-run service. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Hays USD 489. I pull from the same public calendars anyone can see, and I do the checking so you don't have to.
What calendar apps does it work with?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. You get a standard calendar feed link that you add once, and it keeps itself current after that.
What happens when a schedule changes last minute?
Updates go out weekly, so for anything time-sensitive — a same-day weather cancellation, a bus time change — always confirm directly with the school. This service is built to catch the things you'd otherwise miss, not to replace an urgent phone call.
